Hello fellow hypochondriac! Smile
I've been feeling a small array of similar symptoms or over a week now- not quite the same though. Tired and achy- yes, though the aches come and go periodically. Neck is sore- and I thought it was caused by my pillow too. But somewhat related to that, I've been dealing with a TERRIBLE case of dizziness and vertigo- that seems to be worse when my neck is sore. Saw the doc on Friday and was told I had the flu. Like you- no fever. I sometimes get hot flashes/chills, but everytime I take my temp it says I'm normal.
Maybe try changing your pillow arrangement. I tend to sleep with 2 to elevate my head, but it can sometimes put excess strain on my neck. So this weekend I changed down to just one. Can't say it helped- but at least it helped me confirm that it likely *is* the flu that I'm dealing with.

Also try wearing a scarf during the day to protect the neck. This really helps me!
