I read somewhere that its safe up to 4-6
months to not have your period. I also
have friends who lose their periods during
a sports season and it comes back normal
afterward. The way I eat used to be the
first thing i look at when i miss my
period, but if you've been stressed that
could be a huge factor too.
Personally, six months and no period would
make me a little nervous too. Have you
talked this over with your gyno? If
anything you could try birth contol to
regulate.

yea that is what my doctor said to do. But
i dont want to use birth control because
if and when i want to have children when i
go off the pill, since my hormones are all
messed up or period or whatever then it
might be hard, i dont want to have a
miscarriage=/ i just wish there was a way
to regulate it.

Birth control does not cause
miscarriages!!! The
misinformation some people have... Birth
control pills will safely regulate your
period. When you go off of them, you will
most likely have the normal waiting/trying
time any couple has when trying to get
pregnant (about a year). Any additional
hormonal issues you have will be solely
due to your own body, and not the fault of
birth control pills.

hehe talk it over again with your doctor
again, birth control will regulate it and
won't affect your future baby making plans
