So a couple nights ago i drank heavily, to the point I chose to throw up to make myself feel better, i obviously expected a rough morning.

The next morning I didnt feel very well, typical hangover-like symptoms (headache, dizzyness, stomach problems), so i ate a bit, drank a bunch of water and started to feel a bit better. A couple hours later i took out the trash which required me to go up and down 3 flights of stairs a couple times; this is when I started to feel a little worse. I went to school to take a final and by the time i got home I was shivering in mid-80 degree weather. Turns out i had a 101.1 fever, developed a mind numbing headache and bad aches throughout my body. I ate some more and slept for like 14 hours. Woke up without a fever, headache had died down a bit and not more aches; however my stomach was having some issues. I have some fairly loose stools and pressure or cramping in my lower abdomen (maybe intestines, not sure) and over the last couple days the majority of the symptoms had disappeared expect the stomach issues.

The loose stools and stomach pressure/cramping has persisited for a few days and its quite annoying and uncomfortable at times. Sometimes its a constant consistent pressure, other times its more intense and feels like someone is just squeezing me. It seems to be the worst after eating and/or doing physical activity.

Does anyone have any thoughts as to what it might be or think they might be able to help?? I would really appreciate it! Thanks in advance

You drank the day before a final? haha not too smart. Smile

Having a fever is a symptom of one hell of hangover. And depending on what I drink the day before I know somethings can give me pretty bad digestive problems. It usually takes me a few days to recover from drinking nights which is why i don't do it very often.. well if at all nowadays. Its like a week straight of feeling like dump.

Get lots of rest, eat often, keep drinking lots of water, and take pain reliever/fever reducing meds. I wouldn't be too concerned unless these symptoms stay for longer than 4 days.
