taken Hydrocodone?

I was prescribed some 5/325 pills for my kidney infection that was bothering me really bad back after Caty was born, and last night my wisdom teeth were bothering me (they're coming thru and making my other teeth hurt) so instead of taking 1 like the bottle said, i took 2, and after about an hour and a half i seriously felt like i was gunna die. I had the worst headache, was sooooooo nausiated, and so dizzy i couldnt walk.

So Rob called the poison control and they said that it was a really strong dose, not to do it again, and basically get something in my stomach (i hadnt eaten since 10 that morning) and go to sleep.

Well when i woke up this morning i felt like I had the worlds biggest hangover.

I still feel sorta gross.. im still all light-headed and feel detatched.

ugh that sucks, ive never taken any strong pain pills other then percocet, but i only took one , they made me all itchy and crap. But I have OD'd on excedrin once, and i felt exactly how you do. It sucks you just feel incredibly sick. Just be careful next time no matter how bad the pain is lol. My dentist said one of my wisdom teeth is coming in. But it doesnt seem to bother me so i dunno i guess it will stay there lol.

Well really that is the smallest dose I think that it comes in. It also comes in 5/500mg it comes in 7.5/500mg and 10/500mg. And I've taken 1 and a half tabs of 7.5/500 from having a root canal and yeah it made me feel drunk and basicly put me to sleep for a good 3 hours but I wouldn't say that you overdosed. If you've never taken it before than your body isn't use to it. Anytime my doc prescribes pain meds it's lortabs (same as hydrocodne).

yeah it made me itch alllllll over! It was nuts!

Rachel.. i took two of the 5mg ones.. i read online that some ppl are prescribed the 10 mg ones so i thought it wasnt a big deal..

i was wrong lol.

needless to say i wont be doing it again.

that itching omg, i twill drive you insane! but eh the percocet worked though for my tooth so id rather itch then have a toothache lol.

A toothache is the WORST pain that anyone could ever experience! I'd rather have a hole in the head as to have a toothache!
