good on you for being assertive. I have also discovered that each of us have the resources to find out about our own health., what makes us tick. I believe symptoms are a result of your body telling you something is wrong.
After my own research i was able to conquer a condition that had bothered me for years with simple, natural products. Antibiotics made me ill and that was what i was given.
I had 4 difficult deliveries, all survived. Through those experiences my passion has grown to want to be a midwife, i shake my head at some of the care i recieved> the last one an emergency c, lost 2L of blood, no transfusions, i discharged 2 days later feeling terrible for a very long time, no iron suppliments. people commented at my funny colour. Its now that i study i think my goodness i lost over half my blood. But being a homeschooling mum you just have to suck it up and get on with it and limited support.3 out of 4 i came home wiht infection, wasnt for me but im for homebirths all the way if things are well.
- i had also challenged a specialist at one time as wanting to put me on aspiring therapy for preg hypertension, ahhhh no. he agreed with me in the end.
what i am saying is who should care for us more than ourselves, doctors do have their place, we knew an amazing doctor extreemly helpful and cause orientated, major breakthroughs under his care.
we could call him a friend. But we moved area, sigh.
so im keen for you to get a breakthrough.
are you able to list all your symptoms, head down to toes. Please be real here, i wont judge you. i m not a doctor just love heath. friends contact me and ask me to look into stuff for them. and often its is just so simple vitamin deficiency etc.
it may be as simple as needing to visit an osteopath who is great with muscle and bone tension.nerves, headaches etc.
being a homeschooling mum, there is no time to be hypochondriac, besides it was your loved one who started the forum.
-i too request my files, i scan them, and i find there were key points left out like advised by lab to be given donor anti E antibody. Hm no one mentioned that, while my body was treating baby as an allergy.
A pattern had emerged with my pregnancies, had i been more onto it with getting my notes, i feel better care could have been provided thus eliminating some of the intervention. i think caregivers just become so busy that there isnt the personal care anymore.
