Q: Strange Spots On My Daughters Stomach

My 2 year old daughter has had chicken pox before and I've never had a problem with her skin before but recently some "spots" started to appear on her neck and from today, her stomach.

I do not really know what to describe and it's too late today for the doctor, as I dont think its an emergency. They are red spots, some bigger than others.

Please can anyone suggest anything to look for or what to do?
