I don't think one drink with dinner would cause a huge difference. I would record the temp and just mark on your chart that you had a drink. That's what I used to do at least.

I didn't think it would. But before I started to get excited, I wanted to double check. Now, I wonder what day I actually o'ed on?

I so just looked at your chart and I can't help but be excited! At least there might be a light at the end of this freaking long cycel tunnel!

I have a text book alcohol altered temp on my chart this cycle. On Oct 13, my husband's college buddy came over. We watched football, ate pizza, and drank light beer. I think I had three beers. I woke up the next day with a slight hangover and my temp shows it.

I think I drank so much out of envy. My dh's buddy's wife is 8 months pregnant and he couldn't stop telling stories about it.
