First of all, I'm a teenager. I don't think that will have to do with anything, but just in case...

A couple weeks ago, I was sitting in class and I got a really sharp, excruciating pain in in my stomach. I thought it might be menstrual cramps, but I wasn't cycling at the time and it lasted for a couple minutes and then stopped. I've never cramped up that badly before. From that day on, all of my stools have had blood in them. I didn't have any real pain or difficulty passing them, but there was still blood. It wasn't really light or dark colored...it was just blood.

I've thought about it being an ulcer caused from lots of stress, but would that cause bleeding?

I haven't cramped up or anything since that one time, but I still bleed when I pass. Do any of you have ANY ideas about what it might be?

Thank you.
