I'm in my thirties, and I have just been circumcised (about two weeks ago). The foreskin was completely removed, and it's healing fine; the problem is that the remaining skin has adhered to the shaft of the penis, so that it can't be rolled back. I don't mind it staying that way, but I'm wondering if there are any health problems that may occur from this situation. I really don't feel like going through surgery again. Thanks

That is one of the many complications that happen because of circumcision. If your penis looks relatively normal as it used to look when erect, aka the head is revealed, then sex shouldn't be a problem.
