Well, there is manual and oral stimulation
for both of you, you can also try some out
of the vagina intercourse such as your
penis between her breasts, or wherever
else you can find to put it lol. Umm...
dry sex which means either with your
clothes on (so no penetration obviously)
or without clothes but no penetration
(that's a little riskier obviously)
Or you could actually move to sex and
experiment with that, if you're ready and
safe.

called the frenulum. If it is very tight,

No, that string beneath the head of the
penis (aka the frenulum, also called the
"banjo string) is not supposed to snap,
and if it does it is bad. You need to go
to a doctor.
