Recently these red marks appeared near my bully button. They are not huge red marks but they are quite noticable to me. They look like pimples but they are not they are very red and actually hurt if you touch them and there was only one but untill recently another one appeared.

I think they may be hives but I'm not sure but any help as to what these really are and ways to get rid of it is really appreciated
