Doctor
Vascular parkinsonism is due to cerebrovascular disease that causes small infarcts in certain brain parts that control extrapyramide motoric system. Disturbances in the vegetative nervous system can be also found in parkinsonism. Incontinence could be one of the symptoms of disturbed neuro-vegetative system. But incontinence in women can be also due to other reasons. You should check that with her gynecologist or urologist.
