Q: Fasting Lowers Wbc Count?

For about the last year my WBC count has been slightly lower than what it should be, but a few weeks ago I had it re tested and it has dropped further. Before I go to all the trouble of making an appointment with a haematologist etc, I was just wondering if it could have been lower because I was fasting for the other tests. It's just a thought anyway..

low white count
I have been told by my GP that my white count is low ?cause.
I am a vegatarian, but my diet is very poor.
Typical day
Brakfast - nothing
Lunch - sometimes a sanwhich, sometimes nothing.
Tea - take away pizza, curry or chips and something.

Crips and junk for snacks.
I really need something I can follow.
Please advise.
