Q: Is Vegetables only plus vitamins a Safe Diet?

Would it be safe to eat a diet consisting of only carrots(or any other vege) and water.

as long as i took a pack of vitamins everyday?

Just eat carrots and vitamins and water, and work out everyday for about a week or two. is this safe? and would it work Shocked

God, I wouldn't do that, not with a root vegetable especially. I don't see why peopel are always looking for an easy way. Any diet works, but you have to stick with it and be healthy, that's all there is to it. Real results can take months to see.

I don't think you'll have very good luck this way. You need protein in your diet too. If you don't get fats and protiens your body will start storing more fat and your plan will backfire. You may lose weight (and you probably will) but the important thing is to lose fat or else you won't be able to tell the difference unless you're on the scale. Turkey chicken and fish are very low calorie and high in protein which helps you build lean mass to heighten your metabolism. Vitamins can help you lose weight but take it from me a week or two is not long enough to see results unless you need to lose less than an inch around your waist and maybe 4 lbs. As much as it sucks there's really no easy way but if you eat healthy and exercise you will most certainly get there.
