Vision and Eye Disorders Forum - Eye Zit w/ Puss and Muscles Hurt

This problem started this morning, and has been bugging me all through school, it feels like i have 2 muscles in the corner of my right eye, and i don't know how to pop it without hurting my eye, my dad said he had one when he was younger. so i don't know if it's common or not. PLEASE HELP!!!
