For the past 2-3 weeks I have been feeling constipated and I have been having pains in my upper spine, back, and under my left and sometimes right rib cages. I also have been feeling bloated and having a feeling of fullness. Does anyone know what this could be?

It sounds a lot likr irritable bowel syndrome. It is treatable, but you need to go to the doctor first!! If you have any questions, feel free to pm me.

Stomach
I know how you feel I have the same thing for 2 weeks and its driving me crazy, the pain under your right rib cage feels like a heart attack, for me I have so much air and bloat that just wont come out, and when I go to the bathroom I feel like I still half to go, my problem is a lower back injury with nerve damage believe it or not the slightest injury to yoour back can cause major constipation, gas etc, I also noticed after I eat is when I become bloated so I decided to take a digestive enzyme, similar to beano ive noticed a little relief, also worrying about it makes it worse, it can be irritable bowel syndrom too, the only way to find out would be to see your doctor, it could be your just bound up with gas,

Stomach Problems
Angela, have you been tested for gallstones? A few months ago, I had a bloated feeling and constipation.(i am always constipated) I could not sleep laying down, I had to sit up and I had a tight feeling in my chest, and it felt like I couln't breathe. I went to the er, and had to have an emergency gallbladder surgery. It was becoming infected and pressing on my liver. I would go to the doctors or er very soon, before something goes wrong. Good luck. Wink
