Q: Anxiety Tip :)

Hey Everyone!
I just wanted to let everyone know about somthing really great. Latley i've been having a lot of anxiety / panic attacks. Usually when I take a bath and work on my breathing.. it really helps. I was recently at Bath & Body works and I saw this,and thought i'd try it out when I was feeling anxious.. You take 3-4 capfulls and put it in your bath as it's running and just deep breath. It was seriously like heaven. My stress / anxiety just left my body and I felt so wonderful... It also comes in a pillow mist if you have trouble sleeping, I also have that and its very relaxing.
