Hey Everyone!

I just wanted to let everyone know about somthing really great. Latley i've been having a lot of anxiety / panic attacks. Usually when I take a bath and work on my breathing.. it really helps. I was recently at Bath & Body works and I saw this,and thought i'd try it out when I was feeling anxious.. You take 3-4 capfulls and put it in your bath as it's running and just deep breath. It was seriously like heaven. My stress / anxiety just left my body and I felt so wonderful... It also comes in a pillow mist if you have trouble sleeping, I also have that and its very relaxing.

Good for you! Amost like meditation in a way. I like the products put out by "Healing Garden". There is a dark blue bottle called zzzzzztheory and it is so relaxing. I wear it during the day and after my shower I put some on. Something in it give a calming affect.
Sounds like you found a wonderful method of relaxation. I am happy for you. Now conbinded that with trying to focus on you every day triggers and you've got it made. I need to start taking nice was baths again, especially for my back. Think I will take one in the morning. Thanks for the idea my friend.
