Can you be pregnant and still have your period while taking birth control? My concern is that my periods will continue even if I have conceived and I won't know that I have.

only a very small percentage of women have bleeding during pregnancy
so chances are if you are preg you WONT have a period
it only happens to very very VERY few women

There is no reason to think you are pregnant while on birth control unless you take it wrong.

If you get regular periods, that is a 99% correct sign that you are not pregnant. Smile

Just make sure you don't take antibiotics, take all your pills everyday, within a reasonable amount of time, and if you puke or something use condoms. You'll be fine.
