There is no reason to think you are pregnant while on birth control unless you take it wrong.
If you get regular periods, that is a 99% correct sign that you are not pregnant.
Just make sure you don't take antibiotics, take all your pills everyday, within a reasonable amount of time, and if you puke or something use condoms. You'll be fine.
