Lump On Inner Bottom Left of Anus is Sore - CANCER? Posted: 10-24-07 13:29pm
I noticed a lump on my butt on the left
buttocks near the anus. I was wondering
if it is cancer or something else. It is
hard. I play a lot of basketball and
landed on it a couple times. With
pressure, it is really sore. Could
someone shead some light?

What's the size of a lump?
For how long you are aware of its
presence?
Is it under the skin or its elevated?
What color is and do you find local area
discolored?

It is the size a gumball...hard. I
noticed it a few weeks ago. It is under
the skin, but when you touch it, you can
feel it. There is no discoloration from
what I can tell, just sore when you touch
it.
Thanks so much for your rapid response.

Is this bump causing a painful
defecation?
Can you noticed some changes in a
meantime?
Has it grown bigger?
Do you feel an intensive pain when you sit
down?
Does some pus come out of it?
