Q: Pain In Arm

Few weeks ago had what felt like nerve pain shooting from shoulder to elbow then to wrist. Came and went. Now every morning I wake to pain in upper arm, hard to move at elbow without pain. As day goes along it goes away. 48 year old male. No prior injury.

Perhaps there's some trouble in your cervical (neck) spine that's pinching the nerve that operates the arms, elbows, and hands. In what position do you sleep? Do you have insurance to take X-rays?
