I have been in alot of bum pain for the last 2 weeks and I don't know exactly what the problem is. I believe it's internal hemm. but not sure. When I go for #2 the area between my anus and vagina puffs out and hurts badly. It's not cut or anything. It's just like a ballon. After I'm done it goes back down but is very tender. It keeps me in pain all day and my tailbone and bum cheeks ache like crazy. Heat seems to help but I'm finding it hard to sit for long periods of time. I'm so embarrased to to to the doctor. Any one have recommenations???
