I would like to ask a doctor about some issues with my didelphys uterus.(Totally split partial vaginal septum)I'm experiancing regular menstrual bleeding but its only on one side(had to place the tampon towards right side)Cramps started out very bad and almost made me sick to my stomache, then went away in a couple hours, bleeding has slowde down considerably.I had a miscarriage two months ago it was not determined what side the pregnancy was on. I had a succesfull pregnancy 5 years ago in the left side. So my question, does bleeding from one side mean that I ovulated on that side or could i have ovulated on the other side and be pregnant?

I have a didelphys uterus too. My doctor explained that both sides would always be in harmony due to hormones. You quit ovulating/menstrating on one side when you are pregnant on the other.
