Q: What Are the Signs And Symptoms of Early Miscarriaage?

I am 11 weeks pregnant but I just got a gastric infection(my GP told me so).
But now I am constipated.

She gave me vomifene, moxypen and DS 24 daily supplement. I’ve been taking them for 3 days now 3 times a day but 1 times a day for a supplement.
I feel so weird in my womb, I feel pains as if I will get periods.
I am felling sick all over my body,I feel like I am getting cold or getting scared.I just cannot tell what is wrong.

I am worried about my little one.
I need to know what are the signs and symptoms one should look for just before you got a miscarrage?
I believe there is a way to prevent it.

If you're not bleeding you should be fine. Brown and pink blood are okay but red blood is bad. You are probably feeling round ligament pains since you are almost at the end of the first trimester. Good luck and let us know how everything is.
