Q: Implantation

I can't believe I am asking this cause I'm usually the one giving advice lol.

I feel I may of ovulated around 15th october (had ovulation pain i think)
Last night I had some some light brown spotting. I checked this morning and it's a tiny amount. I immediately thought it was implantation.

I took a test- negative.

What are your opinions and when is the best time to test?

I had my coil took out 2 weeks ago today and don't know when my periods due (I didn't get periods with the coil)

If it was implantation, I would suggest that you wait 2-3 days from the day of the spotting. That would take you to about 10-11 dpo (days past ovulation) right? That would be right on track for an early bfp.

I have to tell you this because while I know your excited, I don't want you to be devistated if that wasn't implantation spotting. It could have been a lot of things. But, I really hope you're right!

Honestly, I really wouldn't be surprised if it in fact was implantation bleeding. You know what it looks like, and you and Robbie tried enough. Wink So, this could be it.

You mentioned earlier that you bought some opk's off line to test throughout the month. Did you buy a few pregnancy tests at the same time? If so, how many and how many opk's do you have left?

I have about 20 OPK's left and no pregnancy tests. I only got 1 HPT and used it today. Robbie is going out to get me some first response ones that were what I used before.

Since I changed my pad at 10am, it is completely clean (it's 2.37pm here)- no more spotting... hmmmm

While the rational side of me is forced to say for the record that it could easily be your hormone messing with you because it can take a few months to get everything settled down.

However, I'm really excited for you. It really does sound like it could be it!! Are you going to test tomorrow, or are you going to wait a couple days?

You are probably right that it's the hormones and I'm trying my best to not get my hopes up.

I'm testing on Saturday morning. If it's a BFN I'll wait for af to come

You could actually be ovulating. Some women experience ovulation spotting. And it is about 2 weeks after you stopped (removed) the birth control. So, I suggest you and Robbie keep bding untill he leaves or you get a positive hpt. Maybe you could use another opk and see if it is detecting a surge?

Some women experienced increases discharge during early pregnancy, so your not out yet!

Good luck Becky

Just remember that if you don't get it this month, just think of how much of a charting expert you will be by the time he comes back
