Q: Excessive Urination

Hi, I am unable to get a good night of sleep because I wake up at least every other hour because I have to go to the bathroom. The only change in my diet is that i´m not drinking coffee nor other cafeinated drinks.

Excessive Urination

Has the doctor ran a diabetic test on you? This is one of the signs. But I started drinking a lot of water before bedtime and I was up a lot during the night so I slowed down on my water intake after 4p.M. And I am o.K. With it now!
