this is my first time posting here, and i'm posting for my wife.

she has had mild success with a series of facet neurotomy procedures to relieve chronic pain at t-9, but better success with a cryoablation procedure performed early this year by a doctor in NH who has since stopped practicing.

her pain is reemerging, we're in seattle now, and we're wondering if anyone is familiar with spine or back pain centers in the northwest that perform facet cryoablation procedures.

washington interventional spine associates and orthopedics international both perform neurotomy procedures, of course, but say they don't perform cryoablations. web searches are not much help either.
