it took us 15 months to concieve our son. I have just gone off the pill so this is our first month ttc again. Is it quicker the 2nd time around? has anyone else had a long ttc time then a short one?

i guess it's the same old - every person is different hey.

My husband and I were ttc our first child with no success, then I decided to use an ovulation calendar and we conceived within the first month of using it.. but overall it took 2 years to conceive.. I delivered my son almost 5 months ago and 2 months ago we started to actively try again and haven't had any luck.. so for some it is easy for others it isn't.. I know my sister didn't plan any of her pregnancies and she had no problem conceiving.. her 2 eldest are 18 mo apart and her youngest is 28 mo younger than her second born...

Yes, it is different for everyone, and every pregnancy. We have one woman (bridget) on here that had a difficult conceiving her son. She is now 14 weeks(?) and she conceived her first month off birth control (technically they weren't 'tyring') So you never know!
