Oh honey, these are really common symptoms of depression. You don't have to feel like this!! Tell your parents, a teacher, a school counselor, or someone who can find you the help you need to feel better. Your parents will understand, and if they don't, so what? Tell someone at school. This is not your fault, you can't just fix yourself. You need help.
