No. Your butt will never be flawless. Neither will mine. Or any other woman's. We are human, and humans are not flawless.
Constant moisturizing could simply lead to butt acne. That means pimples on your bum. Ow!
If you want a flawless butt, take a photo of it, put it in to Photoshop and edit it. Voila, flawless bum.

Extremely eHealthy
When I was at uni I decided it would be a great idea to loofah my butt every day in the shower.
