One a day isn't going to hurt.
Like Suzy said, just limit your amount....

Sometimes you can't help what you crave.
I think they make a decaffeinated one.

limmitted ICE TEA intake.
Its ok to drink Iced tea twice a week and if u want it nestea Ice tea, then make it just once a day. Nestea Ice tea has High in sugar and you don't want to risk your baby to have diabetes in the future and so as you. about the caffein in your body the blood stream is sending it to your baby and it could cause severe damage if its too much. Ice tea does not have too much of a caffein unlike coffee has. so I suggest 2 times a week is ok.

our body is build up with natural detox its just the process of drinking lots and lots of water to flush all the toxic in our body.Kidney is an organ and is one of the good example, Kidney filters toxic on what we drink from the the stomach it sends to our kidney through fitration and it works together with other organs before hand.

If we abuse our body then it will be harmful for us and our baby.

and if we are too careful on what we eat. Its not good either because the baby is not recognizing every food in real world, and by the time he/she is born the baby has a tendency of getting more sicker.

additional information: this message is for woman who has normal health without complications before pregnancy. If you have complications such as allergies and diseases you must get information from your family practice clinic and bring it to health nutritionist and have them evaluate your food intake for your daily diet.
