My eyesight is really, really, bad. it goes worse by 1.5 every year. Not kidding. Help with this?

My hands are cold. I know sounds like a dumb question, but I am a piano player and i hate having to put my hands under my butt before i play anything.

Theres this strange bump below my belly button. It started out looking like a pimple but now its all red, and when i squeezed it, this pinky-whitish fluid comes out. When i kind of pinch the outsides of this, I can clearly feel a bump about 4-5 cm across. Whats that?
