Well if anyone noticed Ive been gone about a week, We left last Tuesday night for NC and arrived Wednesday around 10:30 after a two hour detour (we got VERY lost) The weather was amazing, in the 50s instead of 90s like here. The trees were all changing colors and it was like real fall! We sat around Wed. with my grandparents and their best friends from high school, played cards and such the Thurs. went shopping at the outlets. didnt get to much just a few things and ate lunch. then we went to the candy store and got lots Friday we went to TN to a pumpkin patch but it wasnt as great as the internet made it sound. The pumpkins were prepicked and the hay ride was five minutes in a big circle. the kids had fun tho when they got to pick one out and run thru the mini hay maze that was like 5 ft long the website made it sound like a big deal with a hay jump it was on bale or hay to jump off onto some hay spread out. Then at night we went to Tweetsie Railroad for a halloween thingy, my brother was terrified but the girls were fine (liam stayed home) they rode rides and danced the cha cha slide n stuff Sat. was the Wooly Worm Festival. people come from all over and catch these worms to race up a string. the big winner gets $1000. my brothers worm won $25. they had fair foods so u know i had a funnel cake then the girls bounced in the bounce area and macy wanted me to climb up this HUGE slide while carrying her, i couldnt make it to the top and my butt was totally hanging out Sunday we left, stopped half way and got home this afternoon. kids r pooped and so am i. I took my brother and sister and i think i cant stand them any longer. they whine more than my two and they are 11 n almost 5. my brother is crying because i wont order him some stupid toy from toys r us right this second and my sister thinks she needs to eat every five minutes. but here are some pics.
