Hi all,

My wife was diagnosed with appendicitis and got it removed last Thursday (i.e., 18 Oct, 2007). She feels burning sensation near the operated area and her belly is little larger than it use to be. I spoke to the doctor who operated her and he says it’s normal. Are these the normal post-operation symptoms of appendicitis? Should I take a second opinion? Can anybody on the forum share their experiences with me? Sad

Regards !!!!
