you should call a nurse hotline and get their opinion. i resently went off bc pills as well but had the non hormonal iud inserted and period has been heavy ive had spotting just not the same. it may be your body trying to get use to no hormonal settings. it can take up to a year for bc pills and their side effects to go away!!
