I am a 65yo english male, I have recently married a beautiful 32yo African girl who now wants a baby. I am pleased about this and would love for it to happen…but every time we make love (with the help of some fantastic herbal pills), I get to the point of ejaculation; then everything stops and I go flat. The only way for me to ejaculate then is for my wife or myself to masturbate for a long period, when I do eventually ejaculate, it comes out like a thick blob of jelly that would just about fill a large thimble and it is excruciatingly painful. What I would like to know is; could my wife still get pregnant from this blob?

I think you would have to go to a fertility clinic to have your sperm checked.

Yes I agree, I think you would need to go to the doctor to make sure that you are in good enough health to get your wife pregnant.

Definately go to the Dr! No matter what your age is, it should never be painful! Is this new pain, or have you been like that your whole life? Have you fathered any children? I would definately see and doctor, and if he gives you the all clear, then just enjoy being with your wife and try not to pressure yourself so much. Ejaculation is definately a mental thing, and you may be stressing yourself out.
