Q: Left Testicle Gets Sore

Please help me....My boyfriends left testicle gets sore sometimes and he wont go see a doctor. Sometimes after sex it will get sore as well. I am scared that this is something serious and will get worse in the long run. If I could get some idea of the possible reasons for this symptom I may be able to get him to a doctor.

Especially eHealthy

If he was in pain severe enough that it interfered with normal daily activities then I would definitely urge him to go to a doctor. Otherwise... sometimes, we just hurt, and there's no clear reason.
