Q: Blood After I Wipe + Bowel Movements Burn

I have been noticing a few time a month that every time i wipe after i poo there is blood on the toilet paper. Over the past month there are times that after i go poo it burns, i goes away gradually after an hour. Not sure what to do, havent noticited any blood in stool nor do i feel constipated

bowel problems
recently i have been using the bowel more often. my anal area feels itchy alot and also burns for about an hour after use. today i wiped after using the bath room and there was light blood on the tissue paper? does this mean i have colon cancer? should i get this checked out?
