Q: Very Confused

I slept with this girl once. Five weeks later she said she is pregnant. We decided on an abortion. I gave her the money and the next day she called me and said that she went in and they said that she is having twins and the payment will need to be doubled. I myself think that I'm being scammed for money and she's not really pregnant. Can they tell if she's having twins in just five weeks?

To answer your question, yes they can tell if she is having twins at just 5 weeks.
When they do the ultrasound, the two amnio-sacs would be present. Along with 2 visible heartbeats.

Sounds fishy to me.

May I ask where you live? The clinic she went to-it's name?
It can be easily researched by contacting the clinic about fees.

We do not charge extra for a twin pregnancy, and it sounds very suspect to me.

If they are charging double, I would say to find another clinic!

Quite frankly, I think this girl is just trying to get money out of you.
Call the clinics around town. Ask for prices for a twin pregnancy.

I have never heard of a clinic charging double for a twin termination - just because the pregnancy is multiple doesn't mean the procedure is.

If this is the case find somewhere else.
