hey guys, well im 22 and alot of things have happened to me in the past eg my father dying unexpectedly and fighting with my mum and her boyfriend and eventually having to move away, when we fought i would sometimes suffer a attack and have to walk away.
Now i feel dizzy groggy alot one or 2 weeks straight and then it goes, then comes back, when i worry get chest pain where when u touch the bone it hurts which sounds it may be back pain also i also get sweaty palms alot when i worry or im out and about in social situations.
This is starting to get really frustrating and the dizzyness sometimes happens when i think im not even feeling any anxiety or when i think im happy unless there is something in the back of my head, i exercise alot i dont eat very good lol so im pretty fit and being 22 this thing sux.
I get a headache every tuesday for some reason too
I get back pain easy after lifting etc too.
If anyone could help me out it would be really great thankyou.

Well I wwould first go see a regular doctor and rule out any physical/neurological causes. Feeling dizzy like that is not normal and you should make sure it's not something bad.

If the regular doctor doesn't find anything wrong, I'd suggest going to see a psychologist. They can help you with the anxiety and the nervousness in social situations. Anxiety does cause physical symptoms if not treated, but the good news is, it can be treated!! It sounds like you've gone through a lot and could use someone to talk to about it and help you out.

Best of luck!

ah hold on, when you get dizzy... is it a severe feeling of internal tension too? like you want to explode and nausea and the light headedness comes with it, when i say nausea i mean a very light sensation of it...is this how you feel at 'trigger' times? And the headaches are a classic sympton of anxiety and stress, i was getting one nearly every day of the week, usually behind the eyes or on one side of my head aronud the temple.Usually got strong palpitations too. my tablets really help this though. They dont get rid of the worry, but they lighten it a lot.

Well, no, you need to see a doctor to get medication.

And you definitely need to, to rule out neurological causes. If you ignore something like that, it can get really bad.
