I think the first step is tracking ovulation and making sure you have intercourse during your fertile time. Are you doing this yet?

You should start charting...that is the BEST way to determine IF you are ovulating. That way you will have a good idea of what your cycle is doing. I tried Ovulex two times for 3 months each time and it didn't do anything. I just recently stopped them this month because I gave up on it.
As far as your diet goes, you should cut back on caffiene and sugar while ttc. You can also take evening primrose oil to help with cervical mucus. You can also try B6 to help with your luteal phase. It helps you to have a normal length luteal phase. Also I think that you can use musinex to try to help with cervical mucus, but I would look into that one more.

I just saw in another post that you are already charting. Can you post your chart so we can look at it?

That didn't work sweetie. Try going to the sharing tab and then the home page tab. At the top of the page is a url address. I usually just copy and paste it into the post.

Well they don't always work for everyone. you may want to try the fertil aid, or ovulex. Im not sure of any other ones out there. You always want to check with your doctor before you do that though.
