Q: Unknown Swelling to the Face

My wife woke up yesterday morning with swelling to her face. We tried ice pack's and different kinds of remidies some people say to try.
All this did little or no good. We went to a walk in emergency clinic and the doctor precribe ammoxicillin, the swelling has not decresed in five hours as of yet. What can we do or should do? Thank's worried Husband
