Q: Long-term painful penis

hey everybody im 15 and i got a problem but don't know what it is so hopefully somebody can help! ok well for about 4 days now my penis has been throbing like i am cuming or something and the throbing isn't as hard as when i do ejectulate. i'm not thinking about sex or anything its just doing it on its on like a mussle spasam or something and now instead of them just happening once in a while they are happening more and more what is wrong with me ?? help somebody plz...
