I had an endoscopy in Tokyotwo weeks ago wasnt sure if they did a
biopsy. Anyway, they didnt find a hernia which is what they were
looking for. They also didnt find any inflammation of the
oesophagus. The guy who did it said not having inflammation didnt
rule out acid reflux. What else should i do now? Try to get other
tests? What tests? The problem I have is my throat and the ear nose
and throat specialist just said from his throat camera the following-

There was no special finding in my nose, throat, larynx and neck.
However, there was a swelling of the left piryform sinus mucosal
membrane with breathing.

To be honest I dont know what the piryform sinus membrane is? Could
this be to do with acid reflux?

I am also not having frustrations with the language and cultural
things with the doctors here. I also dont have much faith in the
doctors skills.
