Its been about a month now and I haven't had much of a drive for sex, and I can't even really get an erection, just barely. I'm only 20 years old and have done a lot of research on the net. About certain vitamins, and herbs that promote blood flow etc...All the vitamins and minerals suggested are found in my daily vitamin supplement I take. Are the dosages in the supplement enough to make a diffrence, or should I look into getting specific vitamin supplements for higher dosages. I don't just want to sit around and do nothing, I have to try something. The most successful ED pills are made up of all natural substances, herbs that promote blood flow, or vitamins etc..Alot of research has been done to show which vitamins and minerals contribute to the sexual organs. Does anybody have any information about any of this, or use supplements in this fashion?

Dude- did you ever go see your doctor??? That's my advice. And if the doctor doesn't help, a sex therapist probably could.

When do you have problems getting an erection? By yourself with porn, or when intimate with a partner?

Both, by myself it's easier cause there's less pressure and I can take my time. With a partner it gets about 1/4 hard, and i can climax without even getting a full erection. In fact, if I'm about to climax and stop, my erection will increase but not by much.
