Hi all. I have been a binge eater for years. Tried everything yo-yo dieting - you name it. The last 2 years I finally found some success. I no longer diet. I have a great article called "Living Binge Free" , I will gladly send it to anyone.
What I have learned is "it's not about food". It's about emotions, stuffed feelings, not living an authentic life, being "in flow". So the real work is deeper than just "food issues"., as many of you know. I still binge, but only rarely. It's still a challenge. But progress is here!! Warm thoughts, Mary Ann
