I have a problem. my boobs are way too big for my size, and please understand i truly want some advice. I'm around 5 '6' and i wear a 32D, and can wear a 32DD. Ive tried the whole "lose weight thing" by eating less desert but i only weigh 115, so it doesnt help. does any one have any advice on how i can not attract as much attention? Being just 15, i really want guys to like me for my personality. I went through years were i would only wear sports bras but they act more like push up bras. its embarasing especially since mmost of my best friends are near flat.
I also LOVE sports but its really painful around the time of my period even with a sports bra, once again any advice? My mom jut doesnt understandd.

Poor thing, you got those boobs at age 13? That is terrible. The best you can do is wear a tight sports bra. Or wrap them with something like an ace bandage real tight.

wear two sports bras if you have too and the ace bandage is a good idea. But I know your pain I am a 36DD and have always been bigger than all my friends. I had c cups at 13! But you have a very healthy weight and if you lose anymore you would be too skinny. So there isnt much else you can do besides having a breast reduction. Sorry I couldnt help more.

Don't try lose weight, it doesn't sound like you could loose too much more and stay healthy.

I understand that it's hard at your age to deal with it, but I promise you will like it later on!!

Try the sports bra or wrapping your chest, maybe even finding higher cut things? or a bra with a minimizer? Later on if you dont like you can always get it reduced even though you will probably like it when you get older Smile I had a bigger chest than my friends when I started to develop, so I understand your feelings. Dont try to lose any more weight, it sounds like your at a very healthy weight.

just kidding
hun you should be happy with who you are
i know the negative attention can be frusterateing and a pain in the butt
so next time someone hits on you just be like "heck yes! i hope you odnt mind my genital warts? oh and ive got three nipples."
i promise they will leave you alone
thats what i do Very Happy ive gotta deal with attention lik that all the time
im 16 too
it sucks because these pervs can be really annoying

i'm big up top, too. 34F to be precise! you are very big for your age but everyone grows at different rates. i reckon you are just an early bloomer! the rest of your peer group will catch up with you in years to come! be proud of your body, dont resent it!

my breasts hurt during sports and things too, i've found the best sports bra is by a brand called 'shock absorber'. you should try it out. it stops the boinging Smile

even if you think you know what size you are it is always worth getting measured anyway, because in fact most women wear the wrong size bra. here is a good guide if you want: http://www.bravissimo.com/info/3Step.aspx

Oh, I feel you. Mine was definitely not as large as yours but it's larger than all the girls around me when I was 15-16 yo. I tried to hide it by hunch my back and formed a bad posture I am not able to get rid. I hope you don't do that. I told my daughter not to do that and be proud of her breasts. Like the other person said. It's not a bad thing once you are older. My husband confessed he fell for me largely due to my chest. Too bad now days, my breasts are only 1/3 of the original size because I lost 20 lbs and in my 40s.

i am very small relative to you...32A
i have the opposite problem, but i am older than you (i'm 26). here's the thing. you just have to learn to love yourself the way you are. i'm not saying you don't love yourself, but affirming that whether or not you do, you need to love yourself exactly as you are. accept what gifts you've been given.

by perspective, since we only walk in our own shoes, we only have our own experience to go by. i have learned to really appreciate all the gifts God has given me...including my small breasts. when i was younger, i wanted to change my appearance, and i was always critical of every little flaw on my body...but now, as i've grown up, i learned to really love myself and appreciate the beauty i have and the good attributes. i just choose to focus on the positive attributes rather than the negative ones.

the reason i mention this is that several people have offered you good advice/help on the physicality of the issue (how to deal with restrainng those big ones), but i just wanted to relate to your spirituality and your mentality about how you deal with your body in general.

just understand that there's probably going to come a time when you're really going to appreciate having that big, beautiful, nice rack. i know it can be painful...i can imagine...as bad as my little nubbies hurt at certain times of the month, i can only imagine how you feel.

good luck
jasmine
