I have had an itch at the scrotum for over a year now. It comes and goes but it is extremely irritating. It stops when i apply some cream that was given by my doctor or powder but after awhile after shower,it comes back again. I have only had oral sex with a condom but that was 2 months ago whereas this problem is there for nearly a year. Is it jock itch? The scrotum looks red,the kind after itching when it is itching. Please advice
