Here if you have a natural birth you can only have 2 people with you and if you have a c-section you can only have 1. With my first baby I had my mom and my bf with me but when they decided to give me a c-section my mom came back with me. My mom was also there when I had my twins. This time jesse will be with me for sure!! But my mom will be waiting right outside the door! Smile

During the ealy stages my boyfriend, my mother, and larrys sister in law(a good friend of mine) tashika were there throughout it all. Larrys sister, her boyfriend and larrys mom were there in the end. During the csection larry was the only one in the room. That was a tough decision my boyfriend or my mom....Afterwards, I had to lay flat but I had visitors out the behind. We had to sneak my neice in because you have to be a certain age so that the bbay doesnt get sick. But she stayed away from seany pooh(chanda calls him that!!)

Well if I have a c-section then just eric will be there and if I have a vaginal birth eric will be there and I would like my sister angie to be there becuase she has never seen what is like to give birth. My oldest sister already has 2 boys and had a vaginal birth with both of them. My bf's mom was like I wanna be in the room but I dont know about all that, she is a flippin drama queen lol I could already picture her screaming and crying and yelling lol . Omg this is funny, my dad was born in yugoslavia. I am half albanian and half american. My dad is albanian and my ma is white anyway my dad was 19 and my ma was 17 when they had my sister heather and during this time, my dad couldnt speak english too well since he was fresh off the boat lmao and when the doctors told him too look becuase my sisters head was coming out my dad goes oh its ok, I seen alot of animals in my coutry give birth I know how it is the doctor relpied sir, your wife isnt an animal and either is this baby. Lol ~ erica.

Wow they must be strict here!! When my friend had her baby though they let anyone come in even though the rules say you cant! But when she was about to deliver everyone had to get out except me and her mom!

I had sooo many come and see me. Anyone could be there with me as long it was 1 person at a time. But in the end I had to be ruch for an emergancy c-section, so I was in by myself. They let people in for c-sections, but since it was emergancy I got stuck alone. I was surprised at myself because I wasn't even scared. Disappionted that my hubby couldn't be there.

There is a saying when you give birth, it is u leave your dignity at the door.........
Giving birth is a wonderful experiance, for the mother and for the people invited in to watch your new baby take its first breath, it is something that would never be forgotten, because it is one of the most beautiful things in the world....... Not the vagina, but the entrance of a brand new life in to the world..........
No one walks into a labour ward going, oh my god, I am going to see vagina....... By the time that you have to push and every thing down there is bared, the vagina is no longer a vagina, it is a birth canal, and letting those that are close to you in to the labour ward can not only strengthen the bond between you but also be useful during delivery...... We have all heared the stories of the hubbys/boyfriends that faint or have to leave the room.......
When I gave birth to my daughters, my friends and family stayed around the top of me, untill the point that I was pushing, and then they all went down for a look........ By that time a tv crew could have come in and filmed live to the whole world, I wouldnt have cared........ After the birth we all talked openly and honestly about the experiance, and not once was my vagina mentioned, it was all, babies head this babies head that, so if you want to invite your friends and family in but are worried about your modesty or of being embarresed, dont be, no one notices that it is you....... They are too busy watching the baby.
