Sad I am a 51 year old woman that has a fairly active job that includes walking and some desk work. About two months ago I started to have pain in my shoulder, knees and shins. I developed a sore spot about a month ago on my left outer thigh about the size of a dollar bill moving up into my hip. There is no bruising and I have not had any hard bumps. Last week the pain has progressed into my lower back. I was getting spasms close to back labor. These are not constant but are getting more often. I am having trouble the last couple of mornings just being able to put on socks. The pain is not constant and it happens sitting, standing, lying down or walking. It also does not care if it is morning or night. I have also developed sores inside my nose at the same time two months ago that will not heal. they seem to get better then start "caking" again.

I'd definitely get to a doctor; this sounds like either a nutrition or other deficiency, or some kind of disease/disorder.
