has there been any cases of children spreading hiv in school? children play on the playground, they spit,they rough house, does anyone know or is there a link? thx

The danger in transmitting HIV involves direct contact with blood, so, when any child has a cut, scrape, or is bleeding other kids or school personal should avoid direct contact with the lesion.
Other children's secretions like spit are considered safe.
